"Moonrise Kingdom," Wes Anderson's awesomely quirky-looking latest, will open at Film Streams on June 29.
The movie, Anderson's first live-action effort since "The Darjeeling Limited," takes place in the summer of 1965 and tells the story of two 12-year-olds who fall in love and run away together. The kids' parents, and their whole town, go looking for them.
The film stars Anderson regulars like Bill Murray and Jason Schwartzman but also a few newbies, including Bruce Willis as the local sheriff, Edward Norton as a Khaki Scout troop leader and Frances McDormand as the mother of the runaway girl.
