LINCOLN — Senior left-hander Mason Raburn scattered eight hits to lead the Junior Jays to the victory.
Raburn lasted 6-2/3 innings and reliever Nick Ramsey came on to get the final out, striking out Danny Regan with two on and two out.
Matt Kanger drove in a pair for the Junior Jays, who scored three runs in the fourth inning to break a 1-1 tie.
Evan Ryan had a sacrifice fly, Billy Lipari brought in another on a squeeze bunt and a third run scored on a strikeout as the runner came home when the Patriots catcher threw the ball to first base.
Top-seeded Prep (31-4) advances to another elimination game Wednesday at Sherman Field while the sixth-seeded Patriots end the season 21-11.
