The University of Nebraska has announced the 32 recipients of the 2012 Walter Scott Jr. Scholarships, the most prestigious extended by NU's Peter Kiewit Institute.
The Scott Scholars Class of 2016 will be attending classes at the institute on a full-ride scholarship.
Located on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, the institute is home to about 1,800 undergraduate and graduate students and 110 faculty from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's College of Engineering and UNO's College of Information Science and Technology.
