An AK-47 assault rifle and a two 9mm pistols were among seven stolen firearms recovered from a Millard-area home this week.
Two 18-year-old men were charged with seven counts of possessing a stolen firearm after Omaha police raided one of the men’s homes at 162nd Avenue and Adams Street on Monday.
Officers determined the guns had been stolen from a Sarpy County home near 137th Circle and Giles Road, according to the police report.
In addition to the firearms, police found ammunition, a bullet proof vest and bolt cutters. — Sam Womack
